What counts as an update?

An update is counted when a device successfully downloads a new bundle. Checking for updates doesn't count. Failed downloads don't count. Only successful deliveries.

Example: You deploy v1.2.3 and 10,000 devices download it. That's 10,000 updates. If 5,000 of those devices later download v1.2.4, that's another 5,000 updates. Total: 15,000 updates.

What happens if I exceed my limit?

We'd rather have a conversation than cut you off mid-rollout. That said, consistent overages mean it's time to upgrade. Fair is fair.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at end of billing cycle. No penalties, no games.
